kites at the beach next 20th of september

On September 20th in the Parque Rodó there will be a colorful kite show!
Each year, to welcome and celebrate the spring season (also the most windy season of the year in Uruguay) kids come with their kites and make them fly as high as they can. Its a lovely day out for the family, and fun for everyone to take part or even just to sit back and watch.

The kite show starts at 2pm, is free, and everyone can participate, so you have no excuse not to come along!
