Hershey's Chocolate, Old Computer Junk and South America

, chocolate: Hersey's Chocolate Bars are Back in UruguayI've always have the feeling that sometimes old computer junk is dumped on South and Central America. It's presented as new and/or useful and sold for way too much money. Might just be some spastic thoughts not based in reality. However, at least one other person has expressed such a view as well.

Today I was told that you used to be able to buy Hershey's Chocolate in Uruguay. However, the Ministry of Health sent them packing back to Pennsylvania. Their offense? Shipping expired candy to Urugauy!
