Outside the busy streets of Montevideo, you will see the sleepy networks of rural Uruguay, where only half of the national population lives. What's amazing, however, with the countryside is that it is full of vintage cars, which natives call 'cachilas', amassed during the golden days of the nation.
Unfortunately, these cachilas seem to be leaving the sleepy towns day by day, with more of them flying to the collections of interested foreigners. What is the government doing to save the cachilas?
