Worlds Biggest Barbeque... asado...

If you've ever eaten at the Mercado Del Puetro (shown here) in Montevideo... you've probably thought that maybe all the restaurants there combined could be considered the worlds biggest barbeque.
This coming Sunday at 11 am you can find out for sure... they are planning the worlds larger asado barbeque. I can't go because the tickets are sold out. Maybe you are lucky enough to have picked up some tickets in time to check out this event and stuff yourself.
The barbeque should be 1.5 kilometers long with 12 tons of beef and 1,250 cooks!
They hope to set a new record for the Guinness book of world records...

Did anyone hear if they actually won the worlds record Sunday?
The only feedback I've gotten is someone had to wait from 10 am to 1 pm to get it! Though Uruguayan meat sure tastes good... so it may well have been worth the wait!
